That wiki is a little out of date. These days even the most humble of homes go for close to $1 million. Ah, life on the sandbar. It is 7/10 of a mile wide at the wide part. Always fun wondering if your house is going to float away with the next storm. Bethpage, however, has a lovely post office and park with stables.

So! I will have to do some snooping around to find out who else lives in the infamous City by the Sea.
