arizonagirl- don't know if you saw it, but Joannes has an online deal on two different machines..one is 89.00 and one is 98.00 both Singers...they are also doing shipping for 10.00....might be better than fixing machine

you may also consider taking a look on craigslist to see if there are any good deals. unless the machine you are trying to get fixed is really fancy, there may be other options to get a good machine for less than the repair costs.

One of my daughters loaned me the rest of the money and picked up my machine for me late yesterday afternoon. So as soon as I'm feeling better I can start sewing again. Thanks for all the help and support.

Dear SP I checked the post office website again and it now show your package is in your city so it looks like you should receive it tomorrow.

    Good morning y'all.
    Very nice packages received.
Dear pal, did you get your package yet? It's been two weeks and I am beginning to worry. Really hoping you get it soon.

Just stopping by to say Merry Christmas to all of you! Also, I received a RAK from onaemtnest -- a tissue cover.
I started a RAK Thank You thread in case anyone wants to comment on RAK's received.

I am sorry to hear of people's health and job problems, and also of the loss of loved ones. That is all so hard, especially at this time of year. I am thinking of you.

    Again, Merry Christmas!

Wow! I sure had a lot of reading to catch up on. For some reason I stopped getting message alerts. Hope all who are not feeling well get better soon.
