Darn!!! I'm still waiting -- I think it's MIA since they've all been sent out. Postman doesn't come until very late (5-5:30 pm) and I'll only be home tomorrow and leave Thurs morning until after xmas . I'll try to find someone to keep an eye on the mailbox ..... I didn't think I had been that naughty .....

Nancy, not necessarily naughty, but the PO is so behind, I know I mailed a package in FL, I could have driven it down in four hours and it took 6 days for priority mail, so PO is just behind...hope you get your package before you leave, if not, just think about how great it'd be for you to still be opening gifts AFTER Christmas when nobody else has gifts, lol, I love late gifts

Candi -- so right you are. A surprise like that really helps out the anticlimax of the Christmas "craziness". Maybe not so naughty, afterall.

Thanks for all the congrats. I really am soooo proud of her first quilt. I will make a domestic diva out of her yet! She is now making a spiral scarf for her mom using the Nancy Zeiman pattern while my son is serging the pouches I send my veils in. They are a lovely home decorating moire fabric from Joanne with a matching white cross embroidered on them. My first time customers don't know they're getting this -- or the sachet and prayer card -- and they go crazy. And, happily, they tell all their freinds, too!

I have three quilt tops done - one to put together - and then quilt them all by Christmas. Hahahahaha!

I just LOVE all the packages coming in. Candi, those patterns are fabulous!

    Well, back to Santa's workshop!

Oops! I almost forgot! Here's a little good morning cheer for those who are still on the bench.
("decorated" coffee that my son made for future DIL! Think they're in love???)

I've just returned from a six day surprise trip to Colorado to see our 'kids'! DH arrived home last Thursday and said, "How would you like to see the kids tomorrow?" So I've been MIA here on the forum since last Thur.

When I returned home I had a package from my SP "CloverPatch"...Megan! What a nice surprise to open such a thoughtful SP package. Megan read my list carefully and all of the gifties are just perfect for me! She embroidered a cat for my future cat quilt which I'm collecting cat fabrics/themed to go in the quilt...this embroidered cat will definitely be included in that quilt. A Santa kitchen towel...now I have a Christmas themed towel for the kitchen, a note pad with sparkles and my initial....love the sparkles, I should've been a Las Vegas showgirl but the body didn't cooperate! Just 'right' fat quarters for my stash, I needed blues and greens. MENTOS!!!! Love those mentos. A coffee blend that is sure to not taste like coffee...again Megan read that I like coffee that doesn't taste like coffee i.e. 'Foo Foo Coffee's' :0) A gingerbread soap...now how will I every be able to really use him, he's to cute? Peppermint Hot Chocolate which will probably be consumed shortly as it's snowing outside right now and it seems like the perfect mid morning taste treat. Megan enclosed a special ARMY dog toy for our little Doxie!

All-in-All Megan you hit this package out of the ball park for me! Even DH came in and saw the quilty goodies on the counter and said, "What a nice package!" So thank-you Dear Heart for being so kind and generous to me!
