That's what my daughter used to do when she was very small. One day we were having a bbq and my husband asked if I seen where he sat his beer? I said no,but as soon as I seen my daughters plastc keys sitting next to his chair I knew where it went. She was passed out in her toy box with the can.Good thing it was close to empty.LOL Your DDIL quilt is soo cute. Love the fabric Mary

I was not trying to stir the pot, my sp did send in her 3 pm's and everything is fine, I am not so straved for attention that I have to have public acknowledgement but Just curious and I have come to the conclusion that she is a very very busy and much more prolific quilter than I am!!! No hard feelings as long as you all know that I DID mail it out lol

Congrats Krystyna on the almost new DIL. That is such a blessing. And its great that yall can do a little quilting together. I would love to share that with my daughter or a daughter in law. (maybe someday) lol. I'm not in a hurry. My kids are still young into there adult life. I hope your getting caught up on you beautiful veils.

Your little "porch girl" sounds like a mischeivous pixie sprite.

And, I'm on the side of the fence....I wouldn't mind if a secret pal made a thank you on the thread. They sign up for these swaps and then they don't join in the fun. (?) But, my secret pal did send me a VERY nice pm. And, I checked her out on the board and pretty much new she's active in the swaps but posts very little in the swaps. It was just fun keeping the others who do post wondering if I was there sp. sorry for the teasing. I just couldn't resist joining the fun.

Okay ladies. It is December 23rd. I wanted to finish four quilts. Three tops are done. Top number 4 just isn't going to happen unless I take some dangerous drugs or develop super powers. One of the three is quilted, but I took a short cut and serged the edges. If I have time it will get a binding. Quilt number 2 is now sandwiched and ready to go into the machine. Will I make it? Ooooof! I hope so! In the meanwhile, isn't EVERY quilter's home decorated with thread snippets and batting trimmings?

I love making the quilt tops but HATE the quilting because my throat is only 5" and I suck at FMQ. But my house and Marty's is currently trimmed in stings and batting trimmings!
