We were able to give them 2 boxes of food and a whole turkey and a ham. Like I told the tenants in the begining, none of us can do this on our own but together we CAN and we DID!! They made a card that said "this means more than words can say" It was a Feel Good night for everyone!

Lori, Abby Ka Dabby is gorgeous! I think she has your eyes ~ they have a little twinkle in them!
I got goosebumps reading about how everyone came together to make a wonderful Christmas for a family in need. That's what the season is all about.
Progress report: two quilts done and one to go. Ooof. My back hurts!

I received a box from my SP, but am out of town. My husband said that it arrived on Wednesday. I am looking forward to opening it up tomorrow evening for Christmas Eve when I travel back to my house. My kids were spending time with Grandma and Grandpa and I had to go pick them up... then got snowed in. It is better today, but the roads are still really slick and snow packed, so I figured I would wait another day to go home until it is a bit safer.
