I keep my sheet in my Document file and I cut & paste it to her as a PM. This way you don't have to fill out a sheet every month. It took me a while to figure it out, before I was typing a ne sheet every month as a PM

I need to learn how to do that cut and paste thing.... I retype my info each month for the SWAP...sems to take me forever! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE...be safe....stay home and sew and take down your CHRISTMAS decor! ( thats what i'm going to do!)
