The reason I like them so much is even if you don't have a die for a specific size of a shape for a pattern, you can use the strip cutter appropriate for one of shapes dimensions and sub cut from there. I will same you a lot of time. I think that I have about 35ish of the dies myself. I had been working on getting the sizes that are more commonly found in patterns. Here is a website that GO friendly quilt patterns: http://www.maryquilts.com/go-friendly-quilts/ I hope you get some use out of it.

I also did get your last email just before I had gone out of town. I'm not ignoring you and will write you back tomorrow. Just playing catch up since getting home.
Yes, I got the tote bag, not sure I will use that but may keep the dust off when I'm not using it, 3 dies free I think and I added a strip die all for about $205....I kind of want a Go, but figured I really couldn't justify it I don't do THAT much cutting yet...we'll see. Cutting down what mess I have into coordinated pieces was the selling point for DH...

Don't ever worry about not getting right back to me, I always figure either you've had an attack (of something, either good or bad), you're busy quilting (or doing life), or you're off having fun, which includes traveling.

Dh just decided we're heading off for "Sausagefest" in DeSoto Park near Tampa next weekend, so I need to get my butt in gear and pack for that trip, plus get my SP package packed up since I don't know when we'll be back home...and also find some sausage I guess..maybe I'll leave that part to him

Your'll be traveling to my area, could it possible be me? lol

Is lori still giving out names, I don't know who my secret Pal is yet. This is my first time in the swap. I know she's trying real hard to get names out. I'm ever so excited to join the fun.

I know that Lori has tons more work to match names with the new setup, so I am trying very hard to be patient. But patience is not most strongest trait lol.

I am so very excited. I got my sp's name and it is some one who posts on the swap thread. And on top of all that Krystyna's back. Lori thanks for all your hard work. You are an amazing person.

Anyway back to my sp. I'm really excited about who I got and can't wait to start putting their package together. They live somewhere that I would love to visit someday.
