Havplenty I have tgo admit that I went to my spreadsheet to see if you were my sp, but alas you are not! I love the snow owl! Judith can you tell me where you got the pp pattern for the humming bird? My friend Marty and I like to watch them in the summer come to the feeders and your's is beautiful!! I would like to try that one.
I found my pattern at http://www.fourtwinsisters.com. Patterns are listed alphabetically under hummingbird. This is a free pattern. It is also under http://www.free-quiltpatterns.net (four twin sisters) There is also a beautiful pattern at http://equiltpatterns.com. (Mango hummingbird, It's gorgeous. $4.95)

Good morning. Have had a bit of trouble posting this morning after my initial post on the cutie owl. I'm a little lost on listening to the embroidery machine talk as I don't have one and don't really see one in my near future. But,
I can appreciate your work on them and I love seeing your pictures of your creations on them.
I'm posting a picture of my secret project. Could you be my secret Pal? (I really like how it came out, although I did have to simplify the initial pattern just a little.) And, then I'm off to project 2. I love putting HomeMade items in for my Pals.

Hi! I've been hangin out in the Nov swap area keeping the bench ladies company. So I ventured over to the December board and WOWZERS there were 30+ pages to catch-up with the all the hints here!!!
A couple clues 'sound' like IT's ME!!!! Let's see, I'd love the owl pincushion but doesn't sound like it's me, the Hummingbird would be most excellent but again, doesn't sound like it's for me....the ones that sound like they might be me .... it's colder than FL here, and that's no stretch! ...I'm far away from the east coast....I'm not particularly fond of Orange. What fun to read the tease clues....
Here is a clue for my December SP you live 34 hours from my front door to yours....guess I won't be stopping in for a cup of wassail this Christmas!

That snow owl is so cute Mary. You did a wonderful job.
Talking about collections I used to collect alot of things but we downsized about 7 years ago and i cut way back. I still have my Basket collection and I do use them, and I have about 10 of my favorite old Mason jars most are filled with buttons or sewing supplies And I have a few old antiques that I will not part with. Funny thing my daughter is a published Author and one her books is dedicated to both myself and her Dad. It's about a gal who buys antiques and she brings home more that the antique, she brings a ghost with it. It's a good story line, I am so proud of her.
One more clue both of my pals like to read.
