In my spare time I think I will whip out a set of those mircowave bowl holders, thay are super cute!! Just finished the black and white throw for the 16 girl and made my own binding and machine sewed it all, no time for hand sewing. Then made orange drop cookies and 2 batches of fudge, one chocolate and the other peanutbutter. After supper we are making coconut joys, they taste JUST like mounds candy bars! YUMMO. Trying to get an assortment to take up to the cancer center tomorow for the nurses.

    Default comfy cat?

I just pulled the bath rugs out of the dryer and laid
them back on the floor. They was not even "cooled"
    off yet.

Turned light out, walked into my bedroom (across the hall)
    looked back and saw this.

This is my furbaby Kiko and SHE lets us know when she
wants "her" rugs washed, by wadding them into balls in
    the middle of the floor.
Well last night she did that so today I washed her rugs.

    She is happy.
    Don't you think?

This second picture is of "the dude" better known as Gizmo
hubs threw his sisters piece of yarn on his head he was trying
to get it off, but ended up getting it more in position on his
head (with a little bit of help from hubs).
He (and his sister) are half Siamese and he is cross-eyed.

LOVE the Kitty photos....My cat has his very own laundry basket and 3 towels. He lets me know he's ready for a warm beddie, by sitting very patiently in front of the dryer and just waits, ever so quiet and patient. However, everytime I walk by he meows and wiggles around. Once the basket is on the floor, he hops in and waits for the towels to be warmed ....he will wailt for about an hour before a reminder meow....( yes, I have forgotten he is i waiting!) Kitty Burrows into the warm towels and stays there ALL DAY! Who is the Boss of this house??? ARE we very spolied??? I managed to zip to the PO today and my SP box is on its way!!! Going east and not to many states over.....to a state known for their CORN CROPS.

    Jan,
As much as I HATE to admit this Gizmo LOVES to sleep in the
"underwear/sock" basket, he THINKS he has to do daily "cat scans"
in the furnace closet, and in our walk-in closet. He sits and YELLS
even in the middle of the night if he decides it is time for the scan.
Did I mention that it is the DIRTY laundry baskets he likes to lay in?

Nim (the dudes sister) is SUPPOSE to be my cat, but she has laid
claim to my hubs, she plays fetch with him with string, ponytail hair
bands, and just recently stolen pencils from my sewing room. She
IS a thief she will open the little draw in the bathroom where I keep
my hair bands and steal them out, she has even gone so far as to
TRY and steal the one IN my hair (I pull my hair back at night when
I sleep). I call her whiny because she is always meowing about some-
thing usually to my hubs to get his attention or to make him lean back
so she can crawl up on his chest and lay down (he is a BIG guy).

Bandie the "old timer" has FINALLY started sleeping next to me or
in between hubs and I at night, this just started within the last year.
Prior to that she was strictly my hubs cat. It took 10 years for her
to decide I can give good scratches.

Kiko, she is our next oldest cat and the MEAN one, she wants her
pets NOW or she will bite you, when is done with you petting her
instead of just walking away,,,,,,, she will bite you or sometimes
(rarely) do a gentle gnawing on you.

But I love all my furkids, at least they don't give me as much hassle
as my three daughter do LOL

Louise..sweet furbaby photos. Ours is really Dh's too tho he likes me ok too. Every time I let him in I pick him up with his butt in my lower hand and and he's stretched alll up my chest and butts the bottom or my chin and will seemingly stay there all day and purr and rub and love...but 15 lbs is a lot and as soon as I go to sit down...boom, he's gone. He's right next to me and if you touch him, boom, he purrs really loudly, he's a love.

Umm, the postman was here and picked up a pretty full squishie today that is headed south no new news, to some one who is on here tho not the last couple of days I don't think. I think it's between here and Tampa where DH is camping this week....

Lori could you share the recipe for the coconut joy? I would love to make them.

When I got home tonight I had a package waiting for me~~~it was my Dec swap from Cynthia, but didn't have a board name on the return addy or in the beautiful card. will try to post pic in the next few days. She had a snap bag she made with the pattern, and inside was a set of small nail files, pocket tissues, & hand sanitizer; a beautiful glass angel; a sewing folio to take sewing needs on the go-filled with a pad, pen, pencil, small scissor, ruler, felt pads with needles and pins, and the pattern for this too; 3 Christmas fabrics, Christmas lights necklace, pack of thank you notes, 2 packs of flower seeds, 3 teas, a tube with lifesavers, a raspberry creme Santa and 2 quilt magazines. A quick glance through them has already put a few more quilts on my someday I'd like to make it list. Thanks so much Cynthia.
