I hate to admit it but I am doing a simple Halloween dq this month but its SO Halloween I had to do it. I am happier with it each day. so far its half quilted. that is a good thing. I could see this on my wall or table easily. I am finishing things up today and then on to other pressing issues!

Krystyna, my heart goes out to you and I wish you all the best results in your family troubles. I know you will rise above them and that your man will be fine. IT is so lucky you found what you needed to find BEFORE disaster hits. I get the "get it out" get it out NOW thought. its scary waiting but I believe they must know there is a bit of time hence the slight delay so believe this also. You know we are waiting in the wings here for you to come on back.. your welcome back will be huge I am sure so .. the door is always open.

In case someone might be needing a DQ pattern there is an
ADORABLE free pattern on F&P called the "Grim Ripper"

Last weekend while at the cabin I took a sewing machine with
me and stuff to help Louise (my step-MIL) turn some of her late
fathers wool flannel shirts into pillow. However in order to get the
"look" she wanted with some of the shirts we had to do TONS of
french seam ripping (sides, sleeves , and yoke).

So for her to have something to remember all our hard work at
ripping seams (as if our sore fingers isn't enough of a memory).
I am making her one of these mini DQ's.

Can't wait to see it, Bratt!! Size is of no consequence!! No hanger needed. I hope to get yours started by the end of the week. Had a BIG training event and out of town Since Thursday, til yesterday. Got home, took a nap. Boy was I tired! Playing catch up today and tonight, 4-H tomorrow night, Prob drop on Wed. So, Thursday it is! Plan on staying home Saturday this week. Let's hope nobody has other plans for me. I will PM address, will need yours again too. I do like to mail together, so maybe you could hold off til Monday? Thanks Onalee
