My DH checked the mail, and brought me a lovely package from Buslady. The doll quilt is SO beautiful -- and indeed, very blingy! She also sent some things from her area. Thank you so much!

My only disappointment is I can't post a photo today -- I will try on Saturday.

Sorry I haven't been on line for a while. I think my computer is suffering from all this cold we are having up here. It's working now, at least for the moment. Scrapper, after five false starts I finally have your quilt ready, well almost, just a few more inches to go on the binding and then in the mail on Monday. That is if we aren't snowed in. The weather reports are talking of blizzard conditions and another session of -30 temps.

Sapphire_Rae - I am pleased to say I was able to finish your DQ as of yesterday!!! I am going to do my best to get it to the post office today, but will let you know for sure when it is in the mail. Thanks for being patient with me

I love it -- I love the way you added buttons, especially the rose (kitty likes that too -- had to hang it out of his reach!). I love the bird, hearts and flowers and the message, "Spring sneaks in." Thank you again!

After I finished the wonky log cabin, I kept thinking about this cold winter and how it will get so much lighter and colorful as spring arrives. Thus the spring sneaking in theme! Glad you like the buttons. Don't look too close, at least one of them is hiding a booboo!! LOL
