Anyone want to put borders on my blocks and I'll finish yours? I'm having "quilters block" with these darn sheep... I have all the fabric, just no ambition! Lol!

Ok, I'll stop whining and get to work. Bah humbug...

My cats turned out to be 9 1/2 x 8 1/2 so I'll be doing borders also!
I'll use the same background fabric so it won't look like a border.
That's on the list for tomorrow.
The horses are done, just need to square up the blocks. Also tomorrow I hope.
I'm trying to decide if I want to do a third set or not.

How are the rest of you people doing? Feb 15th will be here before you know it!

    :-D

I started working on my goats. I will be appliqueing and embrodering, at first I was thinking of embrodery and coloring with crayolas but the background material didn't work too well for that idea so I have gone to plan B. These will be fun to do and I can take them as something to do waiting in Dr. offices or sitting with DH and listening to books on tape.

I have two sets of farmers finished! Since I had originally only planned to do one set, I had to do different borders on some of them. They all came out pretty well if I do say so myself.

I'm pretty sure there will be blocks with borders and blocks without borders. Do whatever looks good to you.

I think that BRT said to try NOT to do borders as most people will be adding sashing between the blocks, but if your block isn't up to the right size....then you have no choice...you have to add a border ;) I think either way, they will all play together nicely.
