well I will be working on my cows tomorrow..gotta meet my deadline! I cheated..had grandious plans of paper peicing all of these cows..but decided that was to much...so I bought fabric fussy cut it...viola! cows!

Can't wait to see your cows! I should have done that (fussy cut)..but I appliqued..lots of little pieces..whew...truthfully, I'm glad I'm almost done. I only have the hoofs and eyeballs to sew down today...should be able to show the herd tonight. :D

I plan on starting my Farmers wife ( sun bonnet sue) today or tomorrow. I cheated too. I bought 24 SBS's from ebay. I just need to apply to a muslin block and then blanket stitch and embroider them. Think I'll make it. Hope so. I am new to using the blanket stitch on my machine.

OK here is my block....it was actually not easy trying to find cow fabric...I may try to change some of the corner stones to a holstein cow print because I have so many...
but just let me know truthfully....is this way to simple? Would any of you feel cheated with these blocks?
