We had quite an upsetting ordeal happen right here in our uaually quiet Twin Falls, ID early on Friday morning ..... Herman just missed being in the middle of it by 5 minutes. The children of our church do a Summer Musical each year. This year they are adding Arts, Woodworking, Crafts, Etc for a display so I decided to do a quilt for them to auction off. The children do a free will donation for the performance and give the proceeds to a local charity that changes each year. Thought I would post a picture of the finished quilt. My friend Janet is teaching me to use her Long Arm. This is the 1st one I did on her machine. It is just meandering but I am very happy with it. Sure was much easier than fighting my machine with a full size quilt.
