I was just giving you both a bad time. I do enjoy fresh anything. Right now we are eating fresh salad every night. Loving it.

You are so right, nothing better than fresh cut lettuce from the garden, fresh picked tomatoes, carrots, cukes for dinner.
Well, fresh peach cobbler might just top those salads.....

"Good Lord" ..... I received Patti's "Beach View Window" quilt just a couple of days, before we were leaving for the Family Reunion ..... took Joan's "Birdhouses Row" with me to get the birdhouses all lined up for appliqueing, when I got back home .... got sore throat and coughing-coughing (still coughing but 1000% better) .... finished Joan's row and mailed it to Betty .... came home from the Post Office and the mailman delivered another package from Joan .... this time it was Jacquie's "Scotland View Window" quilt. In the middle of all this ..... Herman decided the travel trailer was getting to be a little too much for him anymore, so he put a For Sale sign on it (which meant we had to throughly clean, unload and decide what we were going to give the new owners of said trailer) and when your dealing with Herman, there is no tomorrow, it "all" has to be done "yesterday"! Friday - July 22nd - 11 AM sold the trailer .... 1-1/2 hours later, it's decided we should see what our truck is worth, because we will no longer need it .... 5:30 PM we come home with a brand new car, for traveling in. He's wearing me out mentally and physically!!! Think for the time being, he's settling down ..... "I hope" ..... so I can get back to and work on Patti's "Dog & Cat Row". I think it is going to be quite interesting .... especially since it will be kept within the "Beach-Seashore" theme. That's all I am going to say right now, about it!

Wow, we are an industrious lot. By the way Dayle, do you have a cat? ?I've got the scottish cat covered, and thought I'd try to personalise the row a little.
ps. ther4e's a bird, a fish or two and just one puppy.

Linda --- I've "always" had a kitty cat or kitties in my life, as far back as I can remember, even as a child. Last September I had to put my kitty down, due to old age (18 years old) and miss him terribly. His name was "Harry" my mother named him many years ago. I at this very moment have decided to start engaging myself to get a new kitty cat ... and matter of fact, just might have an appointment to view a bunch of little ones today. Oh, and BTW ..... we have a small dog, she is a Minature Schnauzer and her name is Gretchen, she's getting up there in age also (14 years old) and we know she will not be with us too much longer either.
