    Ok, here are the blocks I worked on this week for the Affairs of the Heart Quilt.....5 more to go then I can assemble the center unit of the quilt.....then on to the inner border now only 7 weeks behind.....but making up ground....pphhheeewwwwww

    very nice work patti!!!
    this will be a stunning quilt when it's finished!! and i look like i will be left with cushion covers at this rate!! lol...
    next year, there is always next year... i always seem to say that lol...

    The only reason I am working so hard to catch up is because this one is for ME!.......it is the only one that has been for me since I started quilting, it is not in honor of or in memory of anyone, just for me. Otherwise when I realized how far behind I was it would have been another UFO on the shelf for "

    now i feel bad for myself lol, mine is for me too...
    mine WILL have to wait patiently for next year :)
    i'm going to be strict with myself and not allow myself to join any more groups!!!
    i can't remember the last time i actually listened to myself mind, as far as i remember i usually don't listen!!
    "no jacquie, you're not buying more material at the show, you don't need any more"!
    (as i load my purse before the quilt show, and leave with several bags of fabric!!!)
    mmmm, it's going to be a tough year!! and i predict i'm going to be very disobedient!!

    Not just healthy, but it is uplifting also.....makes me smile when I see that beautiful fabric.

    Me too. I just love to see it, touch it, and work with it to make beautiful things. And then to see the smiles when I give them away.......
