no, i'm waiting for the arrival of the sewing pattern through my door!
the dress is it's still in it's bag, waiting and dreaming of changing into a 'butterfly' (or 2!!) lol...
it should have arrived by now!! very slow service!!
ho hum!! the way of the world!!
how is everyone else getting on?
patti, did your quilt come back from the LAQ yet??? didn't they say 10 days??
anxious to see it!!

No, I haven't received it back. I told her there was no rush so maybe she took me at my word......I will be calling her to let her know that now there is a RUSH!

"Good-Good Morning" Girls -
Just now starting to get another day of 'push-push-push' to get everything lined up, ready for this weekend and the Quilt Show. Herman has the coffee pot going and will soon bring me a cup, to give me a kick-start. Have to make a 'big' banner sign for our booth today. We had to pick a name for our so called 'company' ..... it is being called "SPOOL'N AROUND SPUD COUNTRY" (since our area and Idaho is famous for raising potatoes).
Been in touch with Boopers .... she and her girl friend are coming up to Twin Falls, ID for the Quilt Show and Saturday evening they are going to have dinner with us, along with a group of very close friends, we have in our Lions Club.
Jacquie - Had intentions to get your row into the mail this week, but it's just not going to materialize ..... next week is now the target.
Been so darn busy here .... but soon will have a big portion on my plate taken care of!

you're a busy, busy gal Dayle!! i think it's wonderful that you and Betty are meeting up this weekend at the quilt show! it will a real treat to be handed your Row Robin by person!! i hope you have a lovely weekend & enjoy your dinner party :) wish i could be there :) :) :)
don't worry about getting my Row Robin on it's way home just yet, i have a lot on my plate at this end too! it's seriously not a problem!! take your time, and don't rush!!
my pattern arrived today, so i dissected the wedding dress and ironed flat the material.
i've managed to cut out the two bolero jackets out of the lace material, and i will look at cutting out the dresses from the pattern pieces tomorrow.
what a job! but i'm sure they will be lovely!!
aren't we busy lot!
i'm looking forward to seeing lots of photographs Dayle & Betty!!! don't forget your cameras at the weekend!! lol...

It won't be long now before you can sit back, relax, and sew like crazy on the things you really want to sew. Just remember, the more you sell at the show, the more fabric you can buy.....oh forgot, you might have to split that with Herman. What he doesn't know, I won't tell him.....

Sounds like good things are happening! Can't wait to see the quilts and hear what everyone has to say.
I'm jealous that your quilt is done,except the binding,Patti!! Mine won't be done for some time yet. Too many project that I have to finish before I'll get the chance to quilt mine.
