Sure you're in if you can help cook that is good for me. But this is no inn just a house that is way too big now that the kids have left home.

I like the sneak peaks! understatement I love the sneak peaks all those pretty fall colors and oooohhh scary bats! cute pattern that is ...

I finished two of seven to do quilt projects today! next is a wall hanging for Rhonda then my table runner. I was at the quilt store today and found the most to die for fabric that said.. buy me buy me .. I went with a bit of this a bit of that and 36.00 later I had a very small bag. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT? lol one runner and enough to finish a center medallion for another quilt. sheesh! lol I could spend way more than that but the old budget is way smaller than that. and I needed fabric like a whole in the head. I have fabric... it made me buy it that is the trouble.

I have a lot of that "made me buy it" fabric as you well know, so you're not alone that's for sure. Have just a little bit of binding left to sew and it's done, waiting to hear from teappot when she's ready to mail.

Hey Brat, my favorite thot on buying things I don't 'really'? need is: "I just can't see it in anyone else's house". Works for me...lolo

Absolutely LOVE all of the sneak peeks

Regarding the road trip north - Will have to map out route, post stops along way to quilt stores, make sure if you want to hop on the bus, you are packed and at the shop on time

You will also need to bring cooking ingredients , cleaning and laundry supplies. We certainly don't want to wear out our welcome.

Pink Lady - I think you may have to build an Inn as well as finish your present remodeling. There may be a gaggle of us coming next fall. You could hire me and Yosamitesa to run it . You could have almost year round quilt retreats (say March to October). We would make a schedule and have weeks for everyone to volunteer to run the retreat- coordinate rooms, set up sewing machines, projects, etc. Wonder if your shop up the road would like to supply machines and notions and all. ( Less packing for attendees ).

We would be your new family since all of yours has flown the coop

Now really- where did I put that passport

All who need one- go ahead and apply, then you will be ready in the spring or fall (2014) to ROAD TRIP !!!!
