I'm so glad you liked them. The applique is done with my embroidery machine - I liked the one I did for you so much, I made me one - haha....just used a different border piece. I love the sunflowers too. Hope you enjoy them. Glad we were partners - I'll post a picture of mine when I get it 'tomorrow'..

But sapdoggie he did not think we need to sew or go to any quilt shops however I set him straight a couple of day trips with quilt shop stops included. We do not have a lot of quilt shops here and are fabric cost more then your does for the most part. So we can sight see and have a good time. I am sure there is some in the group that can teach some of us new things.

Oksewnsew- that is gorgoeous! I know why your partner had to keep her eye on it.
I agree that is one nice tablerunner love it.

Pink Lady- It is ok for hubby not to want to shop. Sight seeing it is I am always up for day trips- just like to be home before dark

I do so enjoy learning new things and sharing stories about the grandkids, nieces, nephews, friends and spouses, and of course the pets

If the machines will keep hubby up at night, we can bring hand sewing to do

now first off we are having a retreat at Pink Ladies house next year. knock off all this travelling garbage and get sewing. I mean it. what happens if someone doesn't accidentally send their item? I will hunt them down like the dog that they are.. I em. mean.. um.. yup hunting dogs. yes yessiree

beautiful runner there! again me and pumpkins.. swoon type relationship Is it fall yet where you are? I wonder if we have fall leaves here in Wyoming. Newbie guess I will have to get the answer from Jaba. or just wait and see. not a whole lot of trees around here.. relative to the forest I lived in. lots of wide open spaces (ahh Dixie chicks) and gorgeous skies and mountains. This is beauty to me in a whole new way It is crisp this morning frost on the truck windshield.. looks to pan out to be a sunny stunning day again .. lucky me. Last night I made this pot of wild rice chicken soup.. oh my it was good. EVEN PICKY liked it!! lucky him he is getting it again tonight. I need a loaf of San Francisco Sour Dough bread however. That is something to be missed here for sure. Will need it overnighted to me to keep my fix in check. Sourdough bread here.. does not taste like the stuff I grew up on. Ours was a bit more .. tart? well today I will work on a red and white round robin and get that going and soon very soon those ufo's are coming out!

I know you all will be jealous of the fabulous table runner that was waiting for me when I got back from Chicago this afternoon. Dabbler312 outdid herself on the runner--love the border and the great quilting--AND the gorgeous "extra" fall fabric panel. See!
