I am happy to say I am keeping up with you gals. I actually got both runners quilted this weekend and the binding on one. I have to go shop for the right fabric for the double wedding ring binding. It needs to be on the bias because of the roundness so nothing I have is the right color or quantity. They look beautiful. If I can say, I did a nice job quilting them.

I had a wire on my long-arm frame snap last week and so I've gotten a ton of piecing done... the runner isn't quite put together, but it's getting there... soon, soon.

I have found that my projects tell me when they are good and ready to be sewn so don't rush creativity or you may make bigger problems than you're prepared to solve.

I have the top of my table topper done (can't call it a runner because it is square). I am quite happy with it because all the 'points' are there! Now just need to get a backing and batting and quilt it. I am waiting for it to tell me just how. Would prefer something FMQ instead of SITD...so hopefully by next week at this time.... :-)

Thought I better jump in and let my swap partner know that I have the runner top done....just waiting for the pattern to tell me how to quilt it....after that it will be done in no time. My personal target date is the 7th for mailing.

Wow everyone is so quick! I can't even start sewing on it until Saturday (finishing boom blocks and quilt work for a few people)! I did put several color combos together, just debating between them and will post the top 3 so my partner can have a pick

I have my pattern picked out and the fabric picked, just now need to find the time to put it together. It may be another 2 weeks before I am able to get it done.

Thank you guys for the updates I do appreciate them! My computer was out all day yesterday something was wrong in India but it appears to be up and running today. Yahooooo! I am off to clinic. I have my house now 90 percent packed we are all but ready to hit the road. This is going to be one big adventure. I am so ready to go and scared all at the same time. My cats are super important to me and Jan seems to think no one will rent to me with them .. here its not a big issue. fifty fifty there it appears people hate cats I guess.

Praying for you to find someone who will rent to you with your cats. Yes I know how important our animals are too us, whether it be cats or dogs. I had the same problem with finding a place with a small dog.

Glad your computer is working again.

I better get off the computer and get ready for work. I get to go in a little later than normal this week.

    Hello group!

I'm back from sewing a few quilts for Oklahoma! I have my TR pieces cut and am in the process of putting them together.

Brat, keep looking. There has to be someone up there that likes cats.

That's the one good thing about where I live in Arizona. Landlords usually allow cats, dogs and horses. I am lucky in that sense.
