I love it! steamed, roasted, bbq'd, made into creamy asparagus soup, never had it deep fried probably grand that way too.. cold in salad, anything but pickled. not a fan of picked asparagus. I think I love your weed garden Jan 
Love the sneak peak Marybeth! how unlike you .. true patriotic colors! lol (she is about as true red white and blue as you can get ladies).
I am over stuffed. started on my potato wedges while the steak cooked. couldnt eat the steak, the mushrooms, the salad nor the pineapple. too full. half of a regular sized potato. pig .. should have waited. sigh. lessons learned. upside is its a great late night snack waiting with my name on it. too bad those dishes are waiting with my name on it too
time to get off line and get cracking. sheesh.

Since Kelly showed you what she made for me, here is what is in the works for her. Picture shown does not have binding on it yet. I named it Kelly's Fireworks! Her gift to me may make more of an incentive for us to get new carpet...which will be green so her swap piece will match perfectly!

The runner and topper are both beautiful. Don't think your "sly" hints are going to do you any good brat but it never hurts to try.
Asparagus in the freezer, just takes a lot of time but it's so worth it in the winter when it's $2.99 lb.
