Everyone who manages swaps, I need your help and feedback

I added the swap listing to the home page.
If your signup deadline is over, then please edit your swap and check the "Registration closed" box.
It doesn't "shut down" the swap, but only changes the listing to reflect that you no longer accept new users.
Also, I added the ability to send mass PM to everyone in a group activity.
I'm not going to enable it by default because such feature opens up a possibility of abuse for professional forum spammers.
If you need to send mass PM to your users, then let me know which swap you are running, and I'll enable it.

Oh thank you Admin for the mass pm option! I'll try to remember it.
By the way..I have 2 listed that were tests..can you delete them please? If you already have, thanks.

I deleted every one that had "test" in the title. If there are other swaps that were created just as a test, then let me know and I'll delete them as well.

Hopefully, this will make coordinating swaps easier.
I like the Group Activity opening in a separate window, very nice!

I did notice this sends everybodys email to a lot of people, not so happy with that. I would like to keep mine[messages] on the board......I have been getting so much quilting stuff I didn't ask for ,and other junk...I do a mass delete :? I do not open messages that are mass mailings

Knot...I didn't know it did that! I'll have to check that out. I was thinking that if you put your email on it ...it would be in the "private" area and no one could see that but you and the person managing the swap. I'll have to check into that further!

But that only goes to the one you update rightNinnie, or hmmm...does it go to the whole group....? No..nope, it doesn't go to the entire group.
