thanks Andrea. I'll be so happy to have mine home and a little sad to have the last one. This has been such fun. They'll probably be there when I get home - I came to FL to visit my 85 y.o Mother for Mother's Day and will be back home the end of the week.

Same here for me too!! I am always thinking the worst till I hear that they have arrived safely..... I remember Kathi telling us my baby's envelope was damaged and I nearly had a heart attack.... lol There is tooo much love devoted here to loose any of our little ones (big one's now)... I'm dying to sandwich and quilt mine........

Well, I'm blushing again

The QB has not been sending notices (again!) that anything has been posted. So I've been MIA for what? - a few weeks now??!
'Course I could check here myself (duh! :? ), but I've been swamped lately & not been on the computer much at all. Seems I completely forgot 2 teens from my former youth group are graduating - in 3 weeks :!: & I hadn't started a quilt for EITHER of them!  Since I can't quilt with kids here, I've been burning the midnight oil in the sewing room - not with the laptop!

I DO LOVE MY CENTER!! IT REALLY IS AWESOME! Cindy, thank you thank you for doing such a wonderful job
This RR has been an incredible experience - & you guys have been great!
We are wrapping up, aren't we? Can't wait to see my 'baby' in person ;) seems like forever since I held her in my arms :-) ;)
Again, sorry I haven't been around. Glad to read everyone is doing well

So glad your back too!!!! Cindy Isn't your center beau....tiful..... I bet you can hardly wait to get it home so you can quilt it. I know your MOM is a longarm expert since she owned her own quilting shop with you!! I think that's what you told us at the beginning of our first getting to know each other session. Please show us all!!! when you get it done. I'm sure you have thousands of idea's as how to quilt it??? Glad your back we missed you.

It's nice to be missed  BUT ---- IF there is a next time - that I seem to be MIA for a little long - PLEASE email me, call me, send up a flare...anything to get my attention! I really don't like having to read 4 pgs to catch up - not to mention I REALLY do feel bad - like I've almost deserted!

Andrea, you have a good memory  Yes, my mom is a professional quilter - nearly 12 yrs full time. And my loving DH also quilts on the longarm - even went to MI twice for classes! (He's so awesome!) He hasn't done a lot of quilting - he still works FT & coaches 2 sports, but he's done 3 times more than I have. Even tho I've taken a few classes, I figure why keep hogging the machine w/my practicing when they are actually accomplishing something! Re: my baby, I'll have to see her up close & personal - then she'll probably 'tell me' how she wants to be finished! You do know that quilts talk to us, don't you??

      Aren't you glad I'm back :?: :!: :!: ;-)
