My understanding is either is either can post it. . I posted the picture of the one I made and no one seems to have an issue with it. .

My avatar is from a mini wall hanging I made.
Your post card is really pretty. I love your pumpkin, and it' really perfect for the holidays.
Everyone has made very pretty, nice cards for the holidays.
I went by a fabric shop today and got some of the double sided fusible I needed. Now I can get my card finished and sent.
