Maybe some of the dark brown from the first one mixed into the second one?

sewjoyce, that link is what I was going to post here ... terrific price, and the sale started today!

Everyone's blocks are looking good! I have to complete my center for a RR exchange by the weekend, then I'll have opportunity to put mine together.

Adriane, I like either, but I prefer the second. Easier to see the pattern, I think. But that's just me ...

I love the colours, I tend to go more for darker colours but in this case the gold colour in the second block brings a richness thats missing in the first.
so my vote is the second block. (hope I get one of those!!!!)

Everyone's blocks are looking great. I'm looking forward to seeing what I end up with. Mine are almost all done, Just need the final seams on 4 of them and I'm finished.
Collettakay, I will need you address soon as well! Better to just get these out of the way so I can work on my UFO's!

I am so  of all who have finished their blocks. Have not even started mine as yet. Ordered materials yesterday. All of the blocks are beautiful. Kudos to all of you.

Adriane, I agree with Odessa, my vote is for the second one.

It must be official that I have no taste. I'm the only one that liked Adriane's first block better! I wonder if I walk around looking goofy all the time because I don't match colors well??!!

I just finished my set of Mr. Roosevelt's Neck tie. I think I will make another set. It will either be spool or bow tie.

    This is such fun!
