Fall Block Swap/So a new adventure begins.

Red I just spent about half an hour browsing through your link. I purchase lots of classes from Craftsy but for some reason forget to browse through their patterns on a regular basis. Thanks for the reminder.
Thanks for the list Judith.
I'm still pushing on to get all five sets done.

Judith1005 I didn't attach the button eyes just yet I wanted to find out your preference. Also, the material behind the face can be cut away so the green gingham fabric doesn't show through. I plan to trim mine away but again, you might have a different opinion. Maybe trapunto?
Thank you DeeCee! Sorry for the upside down photos again. My phone does the wonkiest things. lol

Ann, I love the button eyes. I think they are the perfect size and scale. You can attach them if you want to. I quilt simply on a small domestic machine. Wow, Trapunto quilting would be great on this block. It would really give a 3D effect to the face. I think I will have to do a little research on how to do this type of quilting. It's a great suggestion. I am so blessed that you are so talented and willing to share your creation with me.

Got it Judith1005. Final touch and then seal the package. I can't wait to see all the blocks I get!!
I will be taking a brief break from my quilting to finish two dresses for my daughter and a shirt for the other plus a ton of mending that needs to be done for my hubs. Gotta keep him happy so I can keep stitching for fun!

Ladies, I am not participating but I just wanted to look at your blocks. They are glorious! Absolutely beautiful. You should all give yourselves a pat on the back, and then go get a Snickers Bar.
