    A nice surprise for someone!

I still need to take a pic of my received blocks to post - I will do that today.

GracefulAnn, what is the significance of BR-549? That is an adorable block.
Judith, you sure do work fast and fabulous.
Will post blocks I received as soon as they're up on my wall. I'm back home, took a day to recover from delayed night flight. Was so tired arriving in the middle of the night that I fell UP the stairs (now I know it is possible!) - no harm though, whew. Anxious to get back sewing.
I was bemused to see that the hotel I stayed in had the 'churn dash' pattern in the front entry tiles. One churn dash in the center of the tiles. Random, eh?

Hey Kroll. BR-549 is a ref to an old tv show from the 70's called Hee Haw. Junior Samples car lot telephone #. I loved watching it!

Laid the blocks I received out on the bed to admire them and took a pic for you all. I still have a couple of mine to add in as well. I didn't realise I had left them in the other room until I loaded the pic.

GracefulAnn, LOL I use to watch that show too. Love all the great country music, Buck Owens, Roy Clark and especially loved Pearls hats.

I tried to make sure that everyone got some of each of the blocks sent in. With only 10 players and lots of blocks to trade out. We all got a lot of each others blocks. But, I think it worked out perfectly. You all sent in so many blocks hard to top. I was so pleased with all my blocks. When this quilt is completely finished, I will be most treasured!

I have to share, I was totally unsure that I even needed a Fall quilt. We see so few Fall days here in FL. If any at all. This quilt will remind me to be truly thankful.

Thanks again for coming along on this ride.

And, bonus, as luck would have it , I didn't need to make anymore blocks. I had one sitting to the side that I mislayed. It is perfect in that spot. I couldn't decide on pieced or applique for the final block. It is both. A Perfect ending for my quilt.
