Everyone’s blocks look fabulous. I just want them all, errors or redesigning and all. Today is cut out 2-3 block set day. I plan to make 5 in each set. An extra one for me. I’ Post pics as I get set blocks done. Today is also work/finish other tops. Plus I’m starting to work on a new baby quilt which needs to be done in a few weeks. I only need to work on 5 blocks and do a few borders and quilt etc. you all know the routine.

Back to my my cold weather, mid 30’s and snow melted from over night weather. All the members up north came move down here where if you don’t like the weather it will change in 3-4 days. 2 days ago we had lovely 80’s and this AM we had upper 20’s. The good news, we will be back to the 50-70’s in a few days. Yea!!!!!!! Happy sewing/quilting everyone.

    Those are beautiful Battleaxe.

What persistence Grannyrosie. Love that block!!!! Paper piecing is a challenge in itself, but then the pattern doesn't come to size, then a real challenge. Nice job.

This is another one that I have started and I did not notice that it is the same pattern as the other one seen in the other picture it said it is the star of hope so you all will have to forgive me for making two patterns of the same as you can see I already have them cut out I already had to toss one because I mis-read the size to cut the fabric so mad at myself and one of the other blocks I had to take apart due to sewing them together wrong good thing I learned how to rip it easier by cutting every 3 or 4 stiches

What do you think of a scrappy start block? I’m thinking of doing scrappy with one pattern using mostly 2.5” blocks?

I have 2 sets cut out already to sew. Have all of my blocks selected, so this weekend will cut out the other 15 blocks, 12 for you and 3 for me. So excited about this project.

I love over all of the blocks so far. So cute and creative.
