Im still having camera issues (my camera, not the QB), but didn't want to wait any longer to acknowledge the wonderful Valentines Day secret pal pkg I received from Wanda Lou. It contained bubble bath, rose scrubbie for the bath, chocolate (gone in 60 seconds), notepad, hot chocolate, hair clips to use for binder clips (which I already put into use and they work GREAT), some pinkred fabric strips, and a charmpack (which has already turned into a totebag). Thank you so much, Wanda; you put togetther a great pack filled with very useful items. And if I ever get to that part of Ohio, I'll be sure to stop in at Jungle Jim's! Thanks for everything.

Good Morning Ya'll! Hope you're having a good day! Have to share some great news with my quilt board family ... last night I got a call from our Son in Ohio and he said get Dad, Cadence (our 5yr old GD) wanted to Skype with us. Knew something was up as she is a little talker and didn't get on the phone. When we skyped them she is holding up an ultrasound picture and says look Grammy we're having a baby!! LOL! We are so excited! Would love for them to have a boy but are just praying for a safe delivery and a healthy baby! My DDin law is 9 weeks and the due date is Sept 20th!

Gzuslivs, (love your screen name by the way, very clever) I agree with Krystyna, that's horrible that you never heard from your Jan. SP, I never heard from mine either and I know she received hers. Oh, well, I guess we just have to let it go, but boy we sure would like to know why??? But hope you have a blessed day today!

Krystyna, hope it works out and you get to hire some help! I'm sure the wedding will be beautiful wherever they decide to have it! I'll post some wedding pics after my DD wedding but the girls are wearing dressy bright pink knee length dresses and cowboy boots and the guys are in black tucks. I know it will be cute!

I received a wonderful package from jan rutherford yesterday!! Thank you so very very much! This is my first swap and you really made it fabulous!! I got an adorable recipe card holder pouch, a retractable panda tape measure in a pouch made from the cutest sewing material, a collapsible basket made from beautiful quilters fabric, some beads and jewelry making charms, a fat quarter, a journal, some yummy candy treats, a quickstitch keychain, a bag of goodies including bells, elastic, shimmery threads, a light for my rotary cutter along with extra batteries, a couple of organizers, a nice microfiber dusting cloth, which i also love jan!! Thank you so so much!! It was so much fun going through my lovely package!!

Darlene, Gzuslivs didn't get a PACKAGE for January, not an acknowledgement.
Not too sure how this is going to work out with the new help. I will just say this: I am glad she is taking the work home with her. She is a BLABBERMOUTH. I would either lose my mind or cut out her tongue with my seam ripper. We'll see.
I think I am paying her too much. *sigh*
And my dear, darling Brenda, I cannot send you my shoes. They only come in MY size!
