Oooh, I love statistics! Thanks for asking! Since the very first Doll Quilt Swap in May 2009, we have had 274 participants and swapped over 2,400 quilts!
Can you imagine how happy the doll makers would be if we bought a new doll for each quilt

OK now, if all the DQ's were laid out end to end, how far ...

Just kidding. But that is an impressive number of DQ's. Even more impressive is looking back at all the pictures of them. Wow -- we are good!

Sustraley: WoW! What a great idea for a quilt. Very colorful. I don't think we have seen one like it in all of the swaps.

I received the loveliest doll quilt from pansy creations. She said this was her first one, but her work says otherwise. The colors don't show up as pretty as they really are. Thank you pansy creations!
Not only did she send me the beautiful quilt but a wonderful book that I have projects picked out already, some red fat quarters for the swap in March and a pin cushion. My family will appreciate that no more pins in the arms of the chairs.

For those of you who use photoshop to size or re-orient your photos, using the auto contrast and/or auto color feature within photoshop is often helpful for bringing out the true color when it's otherwise lost due to bad lighting, etc.

    It's under image/adjust.
