Happy Birthday Pam !!!! What a cute pin cush. Love the needlebook and timble. We finally got hit with about 6" of snow during thr night. It's still snowing. Susan is right it's tree downing time. We had some icy rain too and then the snow. It gets heavey and brings down trees and power lines. Stay safe all.

    Pam, Happy Birthday.

Susan, be carful, you don't need a broken bone on top of everything else, stay in!!! sew and have fun.
the ice pellets hurt something awfully, so be careful of them.

    everyone, stay warm!

looking forward to more pictures later.

Here is the sweet package that came on Saturday from Quilty-Louise. Had to post a lot of photos to catch all of the details she included. I will have to add that I think Quilty-Louise should have the nickname of Crafty-Louise. She added so many cute little touches to everything she sent. Thank you Louise.

Quilty Louise you sure are crafty. That box with a pincushion inside is clever, because she will have a handy place to put everything. So many wonderful goodies, and I like those yo yo's you added. Pretty tissue holder, and it looks like you sent her a table cloth, but I guess it is fabric not sure. It's all so pretty.

Thank you Rosemary and all for the well wishes. I sure don't want any broken bones. Yikes!! So far we are getting more ice than snow. That is not good. My son keeps a chain saw in his vehicle for days like this when going to work, because he knows he may have to cut a tree in smaller pieces that might be laying across the road.

    Linda,

I am so happy that you like the pincushion box I sent.

Personally I love making a pincushion that uses a box
of some sort. It just gives you a place to store all the
little goodies that is needed when sewing.

Susan - It's is just some of the same fabric that I used
to make the tissue cover with.

Hello Everyone! I've been in Florida since Thursday and just got back late last evening. I had a lovely package waiting for me from Joni Cody! The PC is felted and weighted and I may use it everyday! The NC is large with 3 "pages" for needles! The scissors are fabulous because I have big fingers and they fit perfectly and my fingers/thumb don't get stuck in them!! The card is lovely with a gold paisley design and wonderful note inside. The candy was gone quickly! I'm a milk chocolate lover!
Thanks so much Joni! I love everything. You did great for your first swap!!

Hope everyone is well and staying warm in all the cold in the Northeast. It's pretty chilly down here in SC.
