MizMelly,
Love love love those coasters!!! I'm a sucker for metallic fabrics and or thread. Love variegated threads too.
Bilben, those colors you chose are so bright and really make me even more ready for Spring and Summer! I'm so over cold and Winter...
The Farmer's Wife 1930's blocks are 6" finished. I've got a lot of 1930's fabrics, most are repros, but a few very treasured ones are vintage that I inherited from my Nanny (grandma) and my great aunt. I love those types of fabrics and I've not made a quilt from them yet. I joined a FB group, and a few of the blocks seem like they are going to be "booger bears". I can only hope I can make it through.
I figure teaching myself how to paper piece while making my Christmas Pickle quilt ought to help some. Maybe. Hopefully...lol.
JuneBillie, if there's a way to long distance paper piece together, I'm happy to help you.
Regards all,
Kif

Melanie after seeing the pretty leaf coasters you made for June Billie I'm inspired to make some..so nice.
Bilben love the pretty florals in Teresa's coasters.....so bright and cheery..of course we need the clouds and rain to make the flowers grow.

Love the coasters from Bilben!! Lucky you, Teresa!!
Here's the pattern I used for the maple leaf coasters -- it was designed by another wonderful quilter on the board: http://www.quiltingboard.com/tutoria...n-t152026.html
