February POM
#62
I'd feel very pressured for time if we shortened the deadline. I have six kids that I home school and ferry to and fro (music lessons....CAP.....orthodontist appts, etc....) and a farm full of animals to feed, care for, milk, etc.... I fit my sewing in whenever I can. Joining the swaps keeps me motivated and on my toes sewing wise.
If everyone wants to do twice-monthly projects for this new swap, I totally understand. I'd just not be able to participate. I also have RA and have to keep the stress/pace down.
Just my 2 centavos.

Sent my PM to nhnative, looking forward to swapping with her again.
I'm good with the way it is now TL, would hate to exclude the working ones. Being retired I have lots of time but that sure doesn't go for everyone, and I know we have ladies that really have to watch postage costs. Just an opinion

Yep, once a month would work for me. Not retired yet, but will be in 5 months time!! Oh boy!! What excitement! More time for quilting, and I have my eye on a sit down mid-arm quilting machine as my retirement gift.
