    Hi Guys,

Okay.... two things here. To my secret pal, I have sent your packages in two parts... something I ordered to be delivered directly to you and the second part that I sent myself.... they are both on their way,

Secondly... to my secret pal who sent to me. Kathy... I love all your clues and hints, they were amazing. The Orwell river certainly does flow through Suffolk and Suffolk does mean south folk as opposed to our natural football enemies from Norfolk which of course means north folk. But, DH and I did have a small giggle when you said that my town is 1,466 sq miles as that is the whole of Suffolk (which is like a state to you all in the US). The size of the UK is so small in comparison to the USA that the whole of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) would only take up 57% of California!!!!! My town itself is approximately 25 sq miles, small but beautifully formed. We have very close links with the US via the servicemen that were stationed here during WWII and the US Bases at Mildenhall and Lakenheath which are a few miles away. In the Abbey Gardens there is a Remembrance Stone for the US Airman based here during WWII and a bench made from the wing of a US B17 Flying fortress bomber.

But enough history for today..... I need to show the amazing package my pal sent to me.... she researched me so well and sent all my favourite things as well as my most wanted item, she has been so generous!

Kathy, thank you so much for an amazing swap although you forgot to pop a note in the package so I only know it was you because of the customs declaration on the package.

    Hugs

Default Glad you liked your package.

Caroline,You are so welcome. Shopping for you was so easy. I love a well filled out questionnaire. Glad you liked it all. I did forget the card, I found it on the floor of my car after I mailed your package. Enjoy!

Ok, three time I have tried this and my computer wipes out the whole message half way through. Anyway, my SP package went out today. After a couple of visits to the ER I didn't think I would make the deadline! My SP hails for an area to the west of me. It has a professional baseball club, an very unique Charter School and for those of us who grew up during the 60s and 70s the city is well known for "420". Package should arrive Firday!

Lovely packages coming in. I've been down with bronchitis, so haven't been on the board much lately. I received a fabulous package from Gaijin. Remember those lovely fabric boxes she made that I posted earlier in the thread? Well, I'd told her my cat was trying to commandeer one, so she made a matching cat bed! How neat is that? She also included several yards of fabric -- just look at that wonderfully wild kitty fabric -- titanium needles, Gevalia coffee and Reisen candies. Not pictured is a "Frozen" panel I can make a charity quilt from. Thank you so much, Deborah.
