and yet another bit of news, my aunt passed about 8:30pm Friday. When I get all the blocks in, I will offer some suggestions as to the swap. Seems this one has been hit with lots of water balloons along the way. And it isn't even snowing yet.....which brings its own set of problems.

My sympathies to those who have lost loved ones recently. My snowflakes are almost done.... I just wish that I had time to do a second set, but I don't think I do. Anyway, I know it will all work out in the end!

Deb--I am almost done with a set of snowflakes. Just need to stitch them down. They will be done tomorrow, amend then I'll start another set. I know that I have enough fabric to do a set in blues that are more on the teal side. Will mail me all off as soon as I can. The second set will go after than the first, I'm sure.

Thanks to all of you who have expressed sympathy for Linda and myself. It is so comforting to know that there are others who understand a loss like we have experienced. I admit that sewing/quilting has been my stress reliever, but in all honesty, I haven't even been able to sit down to sew. As soon as all the blocks get in, we will go from there. I know it will all work out. You are just the best.
