My blocks are just about done and ready to mail. I have had some problems with puckering on the back side. I am hand appliquing because I have not done any on the machine before. Do we cut out the center back or leave it in. Everybodies blocks look so beautiful, hope mine will fit in with them all.

I leave the back in. It makes the piecing of the whole block nice and I have not had any trouble quilting through the extra layer of fabric. To help stabalize the blocks down so they do not shift and pucker, I use acid free glue stick. Elmers works fine. Should be the stick so it will not be heavy. This helps greatly when machine stitching them. Will be nice to have some hand work in with the rest.

Leave the center in - hand or machine appplique, no matter to me.....every block that has come in is just beautiful.

Yes, they came yesterday. I was wondering - they are both so beautiful....is one spring and one fall or did you do two spring sets.....the second set could fit either season....

Looks okay to me, nice color palate! How about adding another leaf to the other corners? That will make it symetrical...
