A F4 is 18 x 22. Even a piece 18 x 11 would be enough for one 12.5 inch block and would save everyone half the cost of the fabric.

    What does everyone else think?

    :-D
An F8 is fine-I do not think anyone would mind that. I recommend at F4 for the simple fact if someone works on a more complex block sometimes the 18 x 11 is not quite enough. I will leave the sending of either a F4 or an F8 up to each individual.

Hurrah for F8's!! Shwwoooo- I can afford 4.5 yards of fabric, I wanted to get quilt store fabric, and 9 yareds was out of my budget. Hurrah! I can't wait for this swap! I'm visiting family in Des Moines and I'm hoping to get some beautiful fabric while out and about with this swap in mind. I'm excited!(I'm a stay at home mommy- no income, so I have to watch what I spend.)

The high ways are pretty clear, the city streets are snow covered. It isn't nearly as bad as everyone told me it would be. I'm a WI girl, too, and we got tons of rain. It helped get rid of some of the snow- thank goodness for diligent show plow men and women- they mad a helluva difference while everything was slushy. I hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation and have a safe drive home!
