Last year, Fat Cat Designs on the internet had a whole bunch of cute free chicken patterns, as well as others...now they are for sale, but I did get a couple of them printed and never made this one for the first swap, so thought I'd include in the second one.

Is this a yearly swap??? I've jut found it and tomorrow is the deadline to sign up (with the blocks completed) and i can't have any done by that time. Hope this is yearly so i can get started on them right after christmas.

I suppose you could be in the boat of working on them all this weekend to get them "in the mail by September 15" to Mariposa. I may even have to drive mine to her house. I have two sets done but working on my third and the fourth is in the drafting stage.

I made my chicken quilt and finished it this year in the spring along with the funky farm one that was last year. I think the chicken one is a favorite of mine. Recognized a couple of mine in your quilt moonwork. Nice job arranging them and setting them.

I have made a 9 x 12" block, and my dancing embroidered chickens will probably be the 9" size when finished. And then I do have the 6.5" unfinished size. I am like RW, love the variety to mix them up when it comes to the funky chickens.

I sure hope there will be another one. I will definitely consider signing up again next year.
It was a lot of fun making chickens and my head is full with other chicken
blocks.

I have all the chicken patterns and most of the others that was offer for free. But unfortunately it's on my computer and it went down. So I need it fixed and will pay extra to save pictures and all my patterns.
