Ok, I have made two out of my first set, so still have to do the rest. These will be 3.5" squares and then onto my pieced bigger ones. Hope you guys like them.... I've never made anything this small before. :oops:

quick question on the swap...

i've been getting some designs together and some look better on a large block and then others look better on a small block or a rectangle block

so the question is

can a six block set consist of varies sized blocks as long as each of them falls into the 3 inch rule (6, 9, 12 finished size)?

That's what my assumption is. This is how we did the chicken swap. As long as you have six blocks that are in some way a multiple of 3 plus seam allowances your good. Please correct me if I'm wrong sandpat.

although I have to tell you guys, you are working waaayyy to hard! Pick a design and make 6 blocks..period, then if you'd like to make more...pick another design and make 6 more... and so on and so forth. Really, if you are making 6 different blocks for your set of 6...what will be the difference in you using your 6 different blocks or getting me to swap them and send you...yes...6 different blocks...It fine with me however you choose to do it..(afterall, this IS a funky swap!:wink:), I just want everyone to have fun and not work themselves to death to play....Hopefully I didn't offend anyone...

Now...on to other important business- I RECIEVED the squishy of fabric that I just ordered on Sun...so I have to say...Great service! It is all sooo cute....here it is!!
