Jeannie,
Thanks for the added bit to your funny story!! Don't you just love to hear stories from the past over and over again? I miss hearing my grandparents and other elderly relatives tell stories of earlier days. I could have sat and listened for hours. After one would tell a story that would always trigger another story from someone else. There seemed to be no end to them!! Whenever we all got together, we would hear some of the same ones everytime, but we didn't care one bit!! :D

I have one set nearly done, one half done, and several other ideas. Too bad I have so much to do that I can't add to my pile. Did finish three quilts longarmed this weekend, my daughter's prom dress is 3/4 finished, and sent two more blocks off for another swap. With all this, my husband is feeling neglected. What does he expect? I do have surgery next week and need to get this done then he can spend time with me. I will be "pinned" down. Geeeeez.

Patti, you're a very bad influence. Why, when I have lots of WIPs and UFOs to work on am I printing cat patterns and ironing cat coloured fabric...? :-p

LOL Mama!!! I tell my DH that its his "job" to feel ignored. I usually make it up to him and he is happy for awhile.

    Sazu...sounds good to me!!! LOL!!

    Hobby...I'm waiting for them already!

My meows left Possum Trot this morning.

They had noms and a portable litter pan in the box with them so they should be comfy in their travels.

Oh, and I cleared out the hairballs they hacked up before they left...thought you'd appreciate not getting them, lol.

Just to stay in the loop, I have just finished cutting out all my applique parts for my artistic cat and hope to be sewing the bindstitch around them this weekend. Moosegirl

Moonwork...yes, thanks sooooo much for getting those nasty little hairballs! Thanks too for including the litter box..hopefully you didn't use the hard clumping kind as when they throw it out while they are in the air it could really hurt someone on the ground! (Have you ever lifted a bag of those things??..they are heavy!!) LOL!

The cat house door is open and there is only 1 family in there so far..they are meowing that they are lonely...I should put mine in there with them..I'll do that today!

Moose....can't wait to see yours! Your stuff is always so cute!

a day later as I thought I finished my last sets. Now I will send 7 sets for swapping. With set 7 I wasn't sure how to make the feets - with or without cat claws. That's the reason some have and some not. The one I keep for me is without :-D

hope you like them - I do

    set 6 - sleeping cat, 6.5" x 9.5"

    set 7 - hanging cat, 9.5" x 12.5"

some different mouses for me :-D
