Really, thank you so much, but I will just catch a kitty swap next time. Still, I do want to see pictures. Just think, this will probably be the only time in your lives when the cats do what you want them to do. :)
We are doing a funky farm swap that I'm sure that you could pu your cats in if you would like. They're are cats on the farm after all

Oh Gwyn, thats too bad...I just hate it when I do stuff like that. I'm sorry that I didn't remind you...I think I will start to make notes about those that don't want to actually "commit" yet, but say they are working on them.See, if I had pm'd you...you would have known!

Sending to the Farm Swap is a good idea, but if you want all kitties, that wouldn't work. I have Sazu's here and of course, I could whip up a few extra to swap with you myself if you want to send some my way!

Thanks everyone. I know there will be another kitty swap sometime. I'll just put this bunch in an envelope and save them. You have your swap finished. There are enough cat quilters around I am sure it will happen again.

Thanks for the offer, but go ahead and get your cute little quilts going. I want to see how you put blocks all different sizes together. That has always stumped me.

I lose track of things alot myself. Life is so hectic. Are all your blocks the same. I would be glad to trade a few with you. I kept a few of mine. I made more than one kind. There might be a few others that would do a swap with you. Let me know.
Iv'e got extras too and would be glad to trade with both of you. Just PM me. Jeannie
Awww..Gwyn, I wish you would swap a few, even just two. You can see a picture of mine a few pages earlier - look for the SHOECAT!
But even better - remember dear heart, the Funky Farm swap is coming up July 15! It is going to be hilarious! I have laughed and laughed at the photos of blocks already!
If you would like a mix of funny funky farm things to play with, and make a quilt out of...well, our friend has good advice: send them all in for that! Cats are MOST important on a farm! Imagine 24 funny farm animals and other farm stuff would make a delightful quilt!
Please think about doing what we women are good at - change your mind?

Oh, please do swap them on the farm. Those kitties would be just great to add to the farm dogs and farm mice that will be coming to play around on the farm. Just think, you already have them all done and ready to add in.
If you mail them now, they will be done.

Ditto. Ditto. What they said!!! I saved a chicken for my farm quilt, and am planning to save a cat as well, and probably a dog.... If you save the cats for another swap, happening who knows when, they might make a terrible mess at your house or get lost up the chimney or under the bed. I really think you need to send them to the farm where they can feast on mice and milk and run around wherever they want. We'll keep the coyotes away, won't we ladies?

Okay. I'll send them to the farm swap. I guess farms need kitties too.

The kitty quilt I really want to make is the vegetables made into cats. Gabrielle would go nuts for it...especially if I backed it with all the flower puppies. I wish the patterns weren't so expensive. At 8:00 plus each, that is one expensive quilt to make.

My kitties will be heading to the farm...that way they won't get lost. Connecting Threads has a new collections called my Funky Farm or something like that. It is really cute.

Yep Gwyn, the new collection from CT is cute. Glad you are going to make those kitties go to work for you on the farm.

You put the different sizes together kinda like a jigsaw puzzle. You might have to add a few blocks to it when you get them all laid out. I add either plain fabric blocks of the size I need (like cat fabric, dog fabric, chicken fabric, etc.)...or you can make some more traditional blocks...they look great too. With all the dimensions divisible by 3", it works!
