    Thanks Mariposa!

Sandpat- you did a great job on creating that character. That chicken just makes me laugh everytime I look at it! The boots are just too much!

    Okay!!!!

Yeah I got 18 buckets of original KFC KyFunkyChicken for y'all! It'll be potluck so I hope you get a piece of white meat if that's what you are hankering for.

I also have 18 10" squares that I'm sending in for you to decide how you want to cut it up...whole chicken, 1/2's, 1/4's or into chicken strips with eggs on the side. Mariposa said it was okie dokie to use a piece like this so y'all can use it as a filler in whatever fashion you desire. I cut them 10" to give you a little bit more room to play around.

I'm a total newbie on applique so each one is very different. This is the biggest project I've undertaken so I'm doin' it (gulp) with crossed fingers everything will ok with them. It's been a trip for sure.

Did a little re-grouping and we'd like to clarify...these would not count as "squares" but rather as "fillers". Since I want "squares" I'm going to retract the offer of "fillers" and turn them into some sort of "squares".

A prime example of not counting your chickens before they are squared (hatched) he he.

So back to the sewing table for me.
