    Linda,
I think we have more than that, but folks aren't "signing up" yet since they are either not done with their blocks, or still contemplating joining in, and just making a few trial blocks. Hopefully we will see what they've been sewing up! :)

just so i know what I'm doing, if I want to make 2 sets for this, then I need to make, lets say, 6 blocks at 3.5" x 3.5" in one design, then I could make 6 more blocks in 6.5"x6.5" in a different design? is this correct? I really want to try it so I want to make sure I have the correct idea?

The swap is open to all experience levels.

Blocks can be any size that is divisible by 3" (plus seam allowances). They can be square, or rectangular.

Blocks will be swapped in sets of 6. 1 set = 6 blocks. You may make as many sets as you would like to receive back.

Blocks should be mailed to me in a ziploc baggie inside a flat rate envelope, with your name and board name on each individual block. You need to include a flat rate envelope with postage on it for me to send your return blocks.

Sign-up deadline is March 31, 2011. Please only sign up when your blocks are done and ready to mail. Mail blocks to me no later than April 15, 2011. Blocks will then be swapped and mailed out by April 30, 2011.

All of the general rules for swaps also apply here. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-20154-1.htm.

Come on everybody........join in the fun!!

Very nice RWquilts but I hope you mean they are 3.5x9.5 and 12.5x15.5 to send.

If anyone is having trouble getting ideas for blocks use google images and type in chicken quilts. Lots of inspiration there.

I don't usually state the unfinished size, but YES...they are the right size!
