    Rachel... Your chicken is adorable!
Do you have a pattern for her?

    I found this one here:

    http://www.yvonnes.dk/chickenpattern.htm

I printed it and resized it to be a 6" block (6.5 after pp it and trimming with a 1/4 seam outside the paper). I think it prints at 6.5, so you could just piece it with that size and not leave an extra 1/4 on the outside.

I use this freezer paper method for pp:

    http://www.twiddletails.com/store/in...age=page&id=21

Which worked great on this chick, and I just fused the beak on. :)

    Cheers!
    Rachel

Karen, I think the black is perfect. It really makes the other colors shine. Please please keep it just like that. I love it!

(I'm making one with a black polka dotted background also. I like how you think.)

I love the polka dots and don't think it is too much. :D

The little chicky is cute too! There are tons of great patterns out there. I cut out the rest of my pieces for Peace man last night and I'm gonna have to call it quits at 4 sets....I have to get on some other projects...but these sure are fun!
