Why not? Nothing wrong with a mobile home.

Got really excited about making my blocks, started sewing, and whoa nelly! I think I need to rethink my design. The block I made today will have to stay here and be my own copy of the block! It has so many noticible mistakes, it's gonna require some carefully placed applique! Or a complete re-do! But super cute. Will try to make a simpler one tomorrow and post a pic.

I've already begun thinking about how to put the "town" toegether, and since I'm doing it in honor of moving to a new house, I may had to make my own church and local stores and create a real-life town wall-hanging. ugh. I don't want to go to bed...I want to create!

Thats funny lizcake! I was thinking of a whole town! About 1 year ago I started a design for a cross stitch quilting combo and was trying to figure out how to work in to this quilt!

Mobile home only effective if you can put a car on blocks out front, xmas lites on the porch, and at least two hounds chained out front. (No offense, folks, but I've been there and done that while having our house built. Some of Jeff Foxworthy's jokes about being a redneck suddenly weren't so funny any more. For the benefit of the oldest daughter bringing her new boyfriend home from college for the first time, I added a pair of flamingos.)
