Hi all,
Can someone tell me how to download images from scanner?

yes, that's what I have been trying to do but, very unsuccessful

You need to save your scanned picture in a file that you can find...(thats usually where I go wrong) And the file needs to be a .jpeg file. Then, when you want to add a picture....click on reply (you can't add a picture when you are in quick reply), then type your reply in the box, then scroll down and you'll see a box labeled "Browse". Click on that, then go find your jpeg file. Click on "open" and the file name will attach to the message. DO NOT CLICK ON PREVIEW!!!!! Just click on send. It will take a few minutes to load, but it should come up.
