No way!!! All houses are beautiful and special, trust me, mine are so lame, but hey that's what makes a neighborhood great .... variety!! They can't all be Taj Mahals!! :) :)

    Cheers!

I'm glad you are doing the Taj Mahal! ;-)

I'm looking for the sizes to see if there is anything we need.
I can't find them listed and don't want to read all 51 pages again.

I have 9 done so hope to get 3 more before the 1st.

    So far I have:
dog house 9 wide x9 tall
    Cat house 9x18
    bingo parlor 12x12
    firehouse 15x12
    pink house 12x12
    beach cabana 9x12
    houseboat 9x12
    jelly bean store 12x12
    butterfly house 9x12

I seem to be thinking big! Maybe I'll try a couple of smaller ones for variety.
I did finally find my camera so hope to get a picture when the lighting if right.

    :-D

I bet we are missing the smaller sizes. I was going to do a 3" one...just couldn't find the time for it..so sorry....I'm betting that I'll be adding a few smallish houses or maybe some shrubs/trees to make up for it.

Well, Rachel, you asked for it. My 24 blocks are on their way to your house, then parts unknown. They said it should be there by Thursday.
    Lucinda

Again, thank you. I really enjoyed the swap. Can't wait to see what I get back. Also, thank you ladies of the swap(and any gents also) I really liked the banter and seeing all the neat blocks, and thinking about the finished quilt.

I was able to do (2) 31/2x61/2. Hard to do with this method.

I haven't been keeping track of sizes, so I am not sure what we have already. Things will get so mixed up when i swap them anyway, because many people did all different sizes for each of their 6 blocks in the group. It seems that we are getting a good variety going though, so I think we should be okay. :)

    Cheers!

I got a lovely set of blocks from a Debbie in Live Oak, CA. Since there are a bunch of you here from CA, I wasn't sure who they belong to as there was no screen name in the envie. Can someone let me know whom they belong to?

    Cheers!
