A suggestion is you could try a partial seam on 8, sewing part way, join 9 to the top and center block, then go back and finish the seam where 8 and 9 are joined. Its a nice looking block!

Ok, please put me down for 10, 55, 56 and 88. I know others are doing those but hopefully, we each have different fabrics. I know on #10 I am planning to flip the dark colors to the outside corners so that will make mine a little different twist on the block.

ok..Life happened and my blocks were arguing with me anyhow lol.. I will have to bow out retro, sorry! I really love 30s prints too so hopefully something else will come up :) Good luck everyone!
