Oh! I didn't sign up yet! Well here I am, do I need to sign up on the other board as well? I'll do so just to be sure. Don't want to miss anything!
I am doing #14 and #18 if that is okay.
There are some others that I am doing a trial run on,if I do okay with them then I will let you know.
I am so happy with the due date!

How old is Em? Is she the one in your Avatar? She might need to get her glasses checked.. they seem just a tad to big.

Oooh you have a hexagon project too? I have 13 "flowers" that has stayed at 13 for .. ummmm.. maybe 4 months now.. I keep saying I'll do some tomorrow.. well tomorrow hasn't come yet.
My Em is going to be 9 months old on the 30th of January. My how the time flies.. she has 4 teeth and is crawling! My other "little" one, H, is going to be 4 in June. Eek, I still remember being pregnant with her... lol.

I do have a hexagon project. I am doing a color wave, from red blending through the rainbow to black, with grandmother's flower garden flowers around the outside. Some members of the forum have made about 10 or 12 flowers for me.. but I am sooooooo behind on the wave. Who thought it was a good idea to do half an inch hexagons? Bah. I only have red and yellow made into hexagons, but not sewn together yet. Beautiful to look at, tedious to do. One day I need to rent a movie and sit and sew, but now that Em is on the crawl, and H is super "helpful," i don't know when that will work, haha! I love my girls!

    Hi ladies,
I had some white muslin, but seemed so thin, I went to Joann's and brought some white Kona muslin and it was 4.00 a YD and the one muslin was 4.99 a Yd and the Kona was much nicer. Works up great as well??

    These are so pretty buddy'smom.

When you went to Joann's and were looking at the muslin, did you see on the end of the bolt what kind of muslin it was? Reason I ask is that I bought some RocLon muslin and it seems thicker..I guess you could say than the other muslins are. Just curious..

Oooh my... half an inch??? Those are teeny tiny.. but I bet it's pretty. Yes, it is very tedious to do.. mine have been sitting here staring at me but I ignore them most of the time.

Eventually you'll get to it.. and your girls are so important right now.. they'll be going to school before you know it and then you can sew.. but until then, just enjoy them.. cause as you know they do grow up fast.. My eldest DD just turned 30!! Of course I'm only 40. *ROTFLMAO* Then the 3 after her.. so yes, they grow up so very fast..to fast if you ask me. (I know they put something in the water for fast growing children).
