Today must have be a good good day for sewing Lori, I have some eye candy from purplemem's row as well. :D The theme for this one is Traditional Elegant Christmas and it's part of the large quilt group.

The center detailing didn't show up so well, so I have added a close up.

This is a short month ladies, so be aware the mailing deadline for this month is only 20 days away.

Ruth the mailing deadline for Feb. is the 28th, so as long as you hold back on mailing yours until the end of this week or next week sometime all should be fine. :D

Your row looks just great. Did you use interfacing to make your applique? I'm just starting to plan a butterfly applique quilt for dd's birthday.

I used steam a seam extra lite...after i figured out how to use it it came out fine. it fuses and does not get a hard stiff feel. I had no need to put any thing under the applique. :D I do have to put some hooks on one block will use black and some kind of stitch
